Q. Do you delivery to overseas? A. At the moment, we can ship to New Zealand, and China, you can order it on our website directly, for other country, we can ship, but you have to send email to email@example.com for a shipping quote.
Q. What is the delivery cost for order? A. All the shipping cost will be calculated when checkout after you fill in full delivery address. We do not offer free shipping, but we try our best to reduce your shipping cost.
Q. What happends if we are not able to attend when delivery? A. You can call carriers to give them authority to leave parcel at your door step, or organise a pickup from carrier's depot or redelivery.
Q. How long does it take for delivery? A. Delivery time depends on your location, we will make sure your order will be dispatched in 2 business day. We will contace you if any of your order is out of stock.
Q. How do I return a faulty product? A. If you believe you receive a faulty products, you need to contact us within 7 days after you receive your order, we will ask you to provide some proof so we can forwards them to our supplier. After it is approved, we will send you a shipping label to send it back to us. If you ordered furniture, you have to disassemble it and pack it into the box for shipping
Q. What if I change my mind? A. If you order hasn't been shipped, please contact us to cancel the order. If your order has been sent, but you haven't received it, you can ask delivery driver to send it back to send to avoid shipping. If you already received unwanted order, you have to return it to us and for a refund. Please note, shipping cost will not be refuned
